3.0.0 Update Guide

When upgrading from 2.x, configuration adjustments are involved. Back up the plugin folder before upgrading, update according to the new configuration, and verify on a test server.

1. Update the main config, companion configs, language files and GUI according to the new version, keeping custom quality identifiers and their texts
2. Mystery box configuration moves from config.yml's items to box.yml; reissue old mystery box items to avoid configuration or item recognition differences
3. Mystery box and capture features are disabled by default and must be enabled in box.yml and capture.yml respectively
4. Existing companions need to be re-selected and have equipment rebound; also check menus or scripts for the removed commands
5. YAML player data from earlier versions no longer supports automatic import; convert it first in a version that supports legacy data import, then upgrade
