Parameter Notes

1. HandyParticle is a fixed particle type; [particle effect] is the effect name from the table below and is case-insensitive
2. TAB completion appends the effect description, and the completed text can be used directly as the argument

Standard RGB (0-255) may not work on some styles and types, defaulting to gray — test combinations yourself
